We can obtain these documents for you for a small fee.
What is the wait time to seal my record?
Standard waiting periods:
  • 1 Year: Most misdemeanors
  • 2 Years: Gross misdemeanors, Category E felonies
  • 5 Years: Category B, C, D felonies
  • 7 Years: Non-felony DUI, domestic violence
  • 10 Years: Category A felonies, violent crimes
Which records qualify for immediate sealing?
Dismissed cases can be sealed with no wait time
Are all records sealable?
DUIs that result in injury/fatality to another, sex offenses, crimes against children, armed home invasion and kidnapping by a non-parent cannot be sealed.
