• No Guarantee of Outcome: Real Records does not guarantee that any court or judge will approve a petition to seal criminal records. The final decision is at the sole discretion of the Judiciary of the State of Nevada.
• No Guarantee of Fee Waivers: We cannot guarantee that “In Forma Pauperis” petitions (requests to waive court filing fees) will be granted. Applicants remain responsible for all court-mandated fees if a waiver is denied.
• Scope of Service: Our guarantee is limited strictly to the professional preparation and audit of documents based on the records provided by law enforcement agencies.
• Not a Law Firm: Real Records provides technical assistance with court forms for pro se filers. We do not provide private legal advice, criminal defense, or attorney representation.
