- Requires certified dismissal paperwork.
2. Misdemeanor & Category E Felony
Statutory **Waiting Period** Applies for **Record Sealing**
A **waiting period** starts after case closure (usually discharge from parole/probation). Misdemeanors generally require 1-2 years before **record sealing** can be pursued.
- Must be free from new arrests during the period.
- Waiting period depends on the specific conviction charge.
